Tourist tax: 1,50 Euro/day for the first 4 days, excluding children up to 12 years old.
Deposit: 150,00 Euro. The security deposit must be paid in cash and in Euro (NO CREDIT CARD) on delivery of the keys and will be returned on departure, less any damage caused to the flat.
Payment: by bank transfer or credit card, 20% upon booking and balance 14 days before arrival.
Penalty for booking cancellation: up to 15 days before arrival 20% penalty.
Penalty for booking cancellation: from check-in to 14 days before arrival 100% penalty.
